Habitat Life was created as the residential development arm of Buildtec. The name and logo design was conceptualized by Powwow Media.

The design for a Presentation Folder - which depicts the standard of their residential developments - won a Gold industry award in 2008. The Corporate Stationery: Letterhead, Business Card and Compliment Slip won a Bronze award in the same year.
