The artisan series of homes by Rendition Homes was introduced to the marketplace to help clearly define the existing home product that has traditionally been called a �custom designed home�.
Any home Rendition Homes now builds that has not originated from its range of pre-plans homes is therefore classified as an artisan series home.
The Launch:-
Located at Flagstaff Pines, the display home for the artisan series of homes was opened in mid 2007 and a prestigious identity was created for the artisan series Brand. This identity was launched by means of a preview campaign of press advertisements and flyers, to whet the appetite. Then the prestigious artisan series brochure was launched. This award-winning printed piece sells the philosophy of the series with a unique page size and paper stock for each page of the brochure. This sense of individuality was further enhanced with extensive photography of the home which cleverly displays the elements which set this series of home apart from the rest.
The launch campaign also successfully created a unique sense of exclusivity by limiting the number of homes available under the brand to 25.
As a critical part of the branding exercise, the purchase of an artisan series home also entitles the client to a unique range of no-cost additional features such as the use of our principal designer during the design stage, a selection consultant to assist with advice on colours etc as well as an invite to our exclusive artisan series food and wine nights.
The Results so far:-
The target for sales were set for the first year.
The first artisan series contract was signed in August 2007 and by August 2008 the 24th contract had been signed.
With average contract values in the range of $300,000 to $350,000 this amounted to an initial annual turnover of approximately 60% above the first year target.
